Health is easiest measured in bodily capability.
How fast can you run?
How high can you jump?
Can you climb a rock-climbing wall?
How long can you play a field sport without getting tired and out of breath?
Can you do a somersault?
You couldn't expect any of these capabilities from the elderly because their health is obviously fading. It's just part of the process of life.
But in terms of bodily capability, how do you compare to the average 60-year-old?

I feel the same way kind of. Looking at my body I am obviously overweight, however that has never slowed me down physically at all. I can still run, I could probably outrun most of my friends, I play basketball and keep pace with everyone else, I have a lot of muscle. I think I am just naturally a larger built guy because even when I attempt to lose weight it is a very slow process and my body shape stays essentially the same.
I don't think you can lose weight "fast".
Take it slow, try to not drink too much soda or eat too much sweet.
Try to eat 3 small meals a day and take vitamin pills.
If you want to snack on something, try to snack on apples or some other fruits. My favorites are grape fruits and granny smith apples.
Over time, you will lose weight if you change your diet and you exercise a bit more.
good luck
