personally I'm not that into people who are massively over/under weight to the extent that they are putting their body at risk. It's not good to be too heavy/too thin. to me it shows a lack of respect for your own body to let yourself go that much or to starve your body.

Apart from that it doesn't bother me too much. different body types suit different people, the most important thing to me is that the person is happy with the way they are. I would never expect someone to change the way they look for me. I would support someone if that's what they wanted to do though.

there's nothing wrong with being size 10 and if you are happy with that then that's all that matters. don't feel you have to change to attract other people. you want someone to be attracted to you for the person you are, not the person you hide behind. if you aren't happy with size 10, then by all means change that but don't do it for a guys attentions.
