You should work out 3x a week, every other day, giving your body rest between each workout. During each session, do about 20 minutes of cardio, then 3 sets of ~15 reps of weights (chest press, lat pull down, bicep curls, tricep extensions, bicycle crunches & plank position ~30 secs (these are amazing), leg extension, curl, & press), and repeat for around 3/4 times. It's important to do both cardio and weights, because weights will keep your body burning fat even after you stop. Drink lots of water, and eat healthy. Good luck :)

Diet and exercise. Burn more calories than you take in.
Running is best if you're trying to lose flab and gain a little muscle.
I would start out by exercising every other day. For a flat tummy, I'd eat less carbs and do crunches every day.i have lost pounds in the last couple of weeks by just drinking more water and not anything else.
