How to lose weight and get motivation?

I'm 23 years old and I'm 4 feet 10 inches and I weight 130 lbs and I want to lose 30 lbs and only weigh 100 lbs. if anyone could give me some ideas that would be great. how many times should I work out a week and what type of exercises. I want to get a flat tummy and all. please don't be rude or mean. thanks
