It's funny what I'm about to say, but its true.
There is an app for Blackberry and iPhone, I'm unsure if it's on Android or not, called FitDeck.
It's a deck of cards that have different exerecises on each one. They equate to a total body work out, and challenge you without the use of weights, cables, machines, etc.
It has exercises you've heard of and some you haven't, but they work your body from head to toe, and will help you lose the belly more so than any structured weight program.
I've been in organized weight training programs for a long time for elite sports, so I know the statement I made is going to irritate many who competed at my level, but the fact remains that FitDeck gets it done!

Go running & jogging everyday. Cut out all junk foods and fast-foods from your diet. Control your portions.
