You won't notice anything major for the first two days of doing this; after that, your gonna start eating like there's no tommorow.
Your blood sugar levels will drop to low to fast, within 24 hours of you ignoring your hunger. Naturally, your body will keep sending the message that you need to eat. Not only is this plan of weight loss I'm guessing doomed to fail, but you might end up gaining more weight because you'll start eating so much until your blood sugar levels regulate.
Drink lots of water, cut down on fatty / sugary foods (especially sugary foods,) excercise at least an hour a day, light jogging or walking will suffice. Manage your portions, and train your body to eat only when it's hungry - not bored.

I eat once a day most of the time and I lose weight. It's not because I'm anorexic or anything but it's just that I don't have much food in my house. I eat all my snacks as soon as groceries come and then I have none left for the rest of the week. I am weak and I am very sleepy most of the time. It sucks but that's what I have to put up with until I get more money and buy more food.
I could have sworn someone asked this question a couple of days ago. It's basically anorexia and it will kick your ass and you won't have the nutrition you need. So I suggest you don't do it. If you want to lose weight just go on a diet and start to exercise. I don't mean to sound rude but not eating is really bad for you.
You basically slowly starve and lose weight but become weak and brittle and is very unhealthy. And you will be very bitchy so not a pleasing thing for everyone else

You ll loose a lot of weight, be constantly hungry and exhausted and irritable from lack of food, your body will go into starvation mode, slowing your metabolism and sending messages to your brain to eateateat and at the end the two weeks you will snap and put all the weight back on.
It depends...just because you are eating once a day does not mean you are starving yourself...what if that one meal you have...is so big...that it is the required calories per day that you need...you would essentially be eating Thanksgiving dinner...every day...
It will make you gain weight. Your body will react as if it is starving and your metabolism will slow down. It is better to eat six small meals a day. Your metabolism will run faster, and burn more calories, even as you sleep.
it will starve you. its not healthy if you wanna go on a diet, I suggest you follow a healthy diet that allows you to eat 4-6 HEALTHY meals a day. No sugar of course or any of that stuff
