5 pounds is still a little ify but whatever, try this
Eat a piece or toast, no butter and a lemon for breakfast
No snacks EVER!
For lunch eat a cereal bar and a fruit salad
For dinner eat a salad with a piece or Parker ham
Just pointing out that this is NOT healthy but it's fast, don't stay on this for long.
Oh and drink lots of water, go running and go to the gym.
Remember this is a crash diet, meaning you will gain all the weight back and if your not careful even more :) oh just saying, you weight is healthy I'm sure you look better than you think :) good luck

Weight lift every day. Do your whole body. Eat 1g of lean protein per lb of bodyweight per day. So you'd be eating like 130g of protein every day from turkey, chicken, fish, fat free yogurt, cottage cheese. The rest of your food should come from fruits and veggies. But not banans, corn, or potatoes. Have a serving of whole grains once per day. Drink a ton of green tea and water.
You can lose that much weight, but a lot of it would be water, maybe 5 lbs fat is possible however, yes it would be a crash diet, but there is a right way to crash diet.
I'd look up lyle macdonald's 'rapid fat loss handbook'.
You are normal weight...according to BMI...go out and rock that bikini..as you are!

There really is no healthy way to loose that much in such a little time but gradually it can be done just try to kick your workout up a couple noches and stick to about 1200 calories a day with healthy food I've lost 13 pounds doing this but it was over the course of 2 months. but always remeber to love the skin your in the people who call you fat can shove it lol =)
If you insist on trying to lose the weight and don't like the way you look, it's best to go see a medical professional for accurate and healthy advisement. We all seem to agree that you are FINE just the way you are.
(1) 15 is too much to lose in a healthy way in only 2 weeks.
(2) DVD89 is ABSOLUTELY correct. Give him "BEST ANSWER" and go out and rock that bikini!There's not a healthy way to do that.
