Honestly. If she got really out of shape id give her the chance to get into shape or I'd have to leave her. I don't want to be with someone who is unhealthy and I can't be with someone who is obese. Although I would not get into a relationship with someone who would "let themself go" in the first place. I'm not attracted to women who give up or are apathetic.
On a side note: I like women who are curvy. My idea of fat is obese. A little meat on the bones is all good for me.

Gained weight as in 10-15 lbs? No, obviously not. It isn't like he's asking you to hop on the scale.
Got fat? A lot would...it happens all of the time. Most want someone who cares about their health and appearance.

No but I'd want her and I to exercise together because I'd want her to by healthy and happy with herself. Honostly I'd care about her health a lot more than the way she looks in the situation.
I would assume she was pregnant...if she is not..then I would just say "you look good" ;)
