or you could just cut your 3 meals into 6, make the portions a little bit larger, and eat them spaced evenly throughout the day - the spacing out should keep your metabolism up. gaining a little bit of weight isn't a big deal, honestly. at least, no sane guy will give too much of a care for it.

Train yourself to drink water whenever you feel hungry.
Eat more veggies/fruits/nuts/eggs/etc -- complex carbs digest slower and will keep you from feeling as hungry.
Avoid simple carbs like refined sugars -- they absorb quickly and leave you hungry and tired.
I'm like that too, and it is worse after midnight. A good thing to do is to eat three big meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Hopefully those big meals will hold you over to the next one without snacking in between. If you absolutely must snack, make sure they are healthy snacks like fruits and granola bars. I may also suggest getting a gym membership.
I just eat. Your body wants food, give it food. Doesn't mean you have to eat bad things. Most of the time nutritious meals and snacks will fill you up and satisfy you a lot better than junk.
And I'm saying this as I'm eating vanilla ice cream out of the tub. Haha. Hey, it's what my body wants :-)

drink a lot of water to make up for the food in your stomach, you'll get into this tiredness stage for a minute or two where you feel really tired, then after your body will start burning fat, don't ever let up just keep drinking water, your body will keep burning its fat stored for energy
I pretty much do the same thing. I feel like eating even though when I'm full. If I go out to eat, I always finish my food. lol.
This is what I started to do. Don't carry money around to snack on. Don't keep junk food inside the house. If you have nothing to munch on, you can't eat them. lol.Then eat, but just eat smart. Eat a bunch of small meals throughout the day, instead of a couple big ones. Try an english muffin or some toast with peanut butter. It isn't healthy to starve yourself or go hungry. But it is healthy to eat small meals or healthy snacks throughout the day.
Do what guys do. Fleshy fruits and veggies, eggs/omelets/tuna fish/protein shakes/lift weights, jog/play sports/swim. Have your junk food before exercise, and be all business with your diet afterward. Going through a 14 serving tub of whey in 2 or 3 days normally jump starts me.
eat. but snack on things like pretzels, carrots, or something like a sandwhich/wrap if your more hungry. if your worried about weight... snacking has always worked for me, especially when it's done "right." and don't listen to guys, unless you want to gain muscle... women and mens bodies differ so much...
i know about the whole diet and work out thing, and I read here that "eat junk food before but just work it all off" that does NOT work for me. If I end up eating junkfood I mess up my whole routine :/

Try to eat more greens than meat. Don't eat TOO much carbs although they're a necessity, stay away from oils = major thing you need to doi find the best way to stop hunger cravings is to drink a huge glass of water. sometimes when you are hungry its the last thing you want to do, but at the same time, if you are constantly hungry espesh if you were not b4,i guess its cos you are dehydrayted! If your body has not had enough water itl react just as it would if you were hungry. definitely try it it works!
and if you can't drink lots of water, just stuff ur face with fruit, a banana and an apple always helps when I feeling hungry!try a mint or gum. better yet, drink more water. Clinical studies have proven that to be true. No soda pop, because that's loaded with sugar, which will lead you to eat like a pig.

Just keep yourself really busy doing stuff that you like. Then you won't even have time to think about eating.
Um eat when you're hungry.but, I heard that chewing gum will keep you from being too hungry.but eat!
snacks through the day. I like trail mix. Snacks keep your metabolism running and just by eating a handful your cravings go poof.
