Guys have life so much easier, guys are stronger and generally more athletic, therefore able to take care of themselves better, Guys also have faster metabolisms, lose fat quicker, and do not have to worry about their image that much . Girls on the other hand need to deal with the stresses of physical and social image everyday, we have to deal with a naturally occurring menstrual cycle that men just don't understand, as well as the pain of child birth and the stress and pressure of being a good mother, or even just being a mother is hard enough some people say! We deal with situations that some men can't even deal with. Most women may not appear so but we are tough. Many women especially in countries where working women are frowned upon have to do all the cleaning, cooking and giving birth and raising children.

In my humble opinion:
Socially: women have it easier.
Men have to live up to social construct of what they term 'masculinity'. I.e. be 'manly' and not show their emotions, be the provider and the protector. Females are not only favoured by the law, but are encouraged not to work, and don't have to worry about building up the courage to approach possible 'mates'.
Physically: men have it easier.
Women have to deal with menstruation, child birth, menopause, etc. And we generally have more pressure on us to 'look good', or whatever. Men can pee standing up - 'nuff said.
I think females have it much harder...all this "liberation" and becoming professionals has just put that much more stress on our poor gals (before guys vomit...let me assure you that I am well aware of lazy, stupid, golddiggers etc but I am not referring to them) I work with females...mostly on the telephone...all day every day..they have to maintain their jobs as well as be mothers and wives...they feel like they have to do weird stuff to attract & keep males (if they really would do the weird stuff we want them to they wouldn't have to do nearly so much of it btw) But perhaps the worst thing I see is the pressure that females put on each other...

It's all a trade-off. Guys have it easier with looks and stuff like that. Women always have a competition among others and always feel the need to look the best for guys. In the past, it was normally the men working and the women caring for the kids and the home. In todays world, work is much more evenly divided and in some respects I think women have it tougher now with trying to work and hold down a family and a house. Women have to sit down to pee, have babies and get periods.. Men don't. Physical upkeep is much easier for men than women for obvious reasons. Plus emotionally I feel women take things much harder at times (except for break-ups, because men hurt bad). So all-in-all I'd say it's even, but overall I'd say men would have it a little easier.
i think all the guys say girls, all the girls will say guys. lol.
i say girls- because they are the ones hit upon and don't have to make moves on guys. and they aren't expected to take the dominant role in relationships.neither have it easier, we just have it differently.
neither, just differently, I'd say girls have social advantages over guys, meanwhile guys have physical advantages over girls
girls, they can get anything they want if they are at least average looking
they can just be skinny or a little chubby and still have a "hot" body but guys have to spend hours and hours in the gym just to look acceptable to girlsGuys. For one guys aren't d***s to each other all the time like girls are.
Which ever one is a spoiled brat in life.
