From time to time, I get into this episode of feeling my life has no meaning. What I do is have CHANGE in my life. You need change..it helps alot.
Some ideas are:
1) Do volunteer work
2) Learn new languages. You'll be introduced to a new culture and have more friends.
3) Travel if you can afford
4) Relocate somewhere
5) Do sports
& the list goes on :)

Get into a new sport, explore new places (like different towns around you; you'll probably meet new people this way), join clubs, find a new random hobby, do volunteer work. It sounds like you need to find something that's new that makes you happy and you enjoy doing. If you're happy then you'll feel better about yourself.
