youre not that skinny. you'd have to be like 70 pounds before it affected your body temp. you are 5 3 48 kilos at 53 is fairly normal. anyways not enough to lose body heat. you should exercise more. also some people have cold hands. but movement helps circulation.
not eating enough would make your hands cold, but low weight not usually unless you are starving. you can be vey thin but healthy.
you did not really give any information. you stated what you think the problem is, so there's info lacking.
do you eat drink enough have your hands always been cold. are you sleeping well. do you get regular exercise.
my moms hands are cold. she's normal weight.

I have a thing frame as well and my feet and hands get like this, I always have to wear socks, it's poor circulation due to not enough exercise (having long period of stagnate movement- like sitting in class), genetic, being underweight, not eating a wholesome diet.
What helps me is to sit in the sun.
:)
I think you probably just have poor-circulation in your hands... Mine are like that a lot of times, and that's what I have. My hands tend to get dry during the colder months too, it sucks.
My Hands are always cold and I am 6'4 " 184 pounds and I know that its a gentic condition because my parents told me and they are doctors and my mom has the condition

do you have problems eating ? like an eating disorder? cause when I lost a lot of weight and was down to like 80lb from bulemia my hands and feet were alawys cold and still are. it's from a low blood flow and the fast that my body barely has any fat on it. I still have eating issues to my hands and feet are alaways cold. you might want to go to the doctor.
I have this same issue! It's called Raynaud's. My suggestions: get plenty of exercise, don't smoke, control your stress, and STAY WARM. Always carry gloves and socks in the trunk of your car. :) I also heard vitamin B-3.
You just don't have the greatest circulation. I don't know kg to lbs but I would say circulation, and you maybe should go on a little jog every day or stretch if you can (not to lose weight, but get blood circulatingand pumping).
You could have Reynauds syndrome. There's no cure but there are treatments which can prevent the loss of your fingers.
Get checked out by a medical doctor. You may have poor blood circulation. I suggest exercise regular and always be prepared with extra socks and gloves. Try eating spicy foods too. It helps with your blood circulation.
I remember my friend being diagnosed with it. I think she takes supplements for it now. I'd check it with your doc if it's something you are worried about!
Some people just have cold hands all the time, I'd suggest a pair of gloves.
poor circulation. My hands are the same way and many times they turn colors lol
Bad circulation possibly? I would see a doctor just to be sure.
My advice is you see a doctor. To check if there is something wrong or not. Just to make sure.
I don't think it is something wrong. I am a guy 16 years and I weight 54kg and my hands are often cold.. I guess some people just have it or it could be the weight maybe too little "fat" idk
bad circulation I suggest always carry a pair of gloves with you at all times in case you need them
some people just have cold hands and feet. it's not a big deal. I'm the same way
Maybe you're turning into a zombie! Nah idk, go to the doctor.
