A six pack is never a guarantee.
Boxing is heavy on the cardio and conditioning- lots of running, pushups and working with your endurance.
You need to be super precise about what you are eating. There is a saying that six pack abs start in the kitchen.
Im going to pull from Andrei Arlovski's diet- he's a former 2 time heavyweight champion in MMA.
He eats primarily protein-eggs, steak, chicken, a a bit of carbs- little fruit, and salads at dinner.
You need to cut out all alcohol, all junk food- no cheat days except once per month, and cut out 90% of your carbs you've been eating.
Its not the optimal way, but if you want 6 pack abs, then that's what it takes.

How long will it take to get a six pack when you join boxing? Pretty long considering six packs are usually made in the kitchen not in the gym or by exercise at least according to by bodybuilding boys
How long would it take to get a six pack when you start boxing? 6-8 weeks and you'll probably get flabs aka flabby abs..
Is it how hard you work will determine how long it will take or does boxing get you in shape fast? Intensity and length contribute to building the core however for guys diet is key to get the abs not flabs
You start noticing differences 6-8 weeks after working out.
A few things:
1. Six pack doesn't come from having toned muscle but an absence of body fat that can only be achieved by following a strict diet. In other words, abs come from the kitchen, not from the gym.
2. Not everyone is able to achieve this without venturing into unhealthily low levels of body fat. This varies depending on each individual person. For many, it doesn't take too much, but for others, it requires hard work and discipline. And still for others, having such a low level of body fat will cause your immune system and hormonal systems to go out of whack.
The reason almost all boxers have good abs is twofold:
- they compete based on weight class, so all competitive boxers below heavyweight are trying to minimize body fat.
- they work core hard not just for power, but also to be able to absorb body shots.
Your ab muscles will likely be there before the fat is blown away. You need low body fat. Without knowing your current body fat and caloric deficit, no way to estimate it.

Why join boxing just to get a six pack? You might get a six pack but your face is going to look like you got hit by a truck that sounds like a great idea.
You get a six pack by having low body fat percentage. Depending on how your body distributes fat you will see a six pack between anywhere from 12% to around 6% body fat.
Boxing will help get you in shape butit'll take some focused core workouts in addition in you want to look cut in the midsection.
IT depends on how much at you have to lose.
If you're maybe 10 pounds overweight, it could take about 8 rough weeks to get six pack abs.6 weeks. But it's all about 70% Diet. 30% only working out. I personally just do my ab routine 2x a week. My only cardio is playing basketball.
Cardio burns fat which will make your abs more visible, working out will make your abs stronger but not more visible. 5-6 weeks is the lenght what an average guy doing good workout and a proper diet.
did you start boxing because you wanted a six pack, I hope your not that stupid
not long, depends on how hard you work...
you'll start noticing differences within 6 wks
