How many hours of sleep do you usually need to get better skin? I don't care about the bags. Just the skin =3
8 hours is what's recommended for most people. However, you may need more or less depending on your body as everyone is built differently. Furthermore, sleeping is really just a way for your skin to repair itself. To get healthy skin, have a diet high in vitamins and water :)

It's generally recommended you get AT LEAST 8 hours
i think vitamin B is responsible for helping your skin. not sleep, but I could be wrong. I'm not a dietician
