LOL I am 5'6..or 5'5...but yeah..im 150..people never call me fat...i have people say stuff like...i wish I could be skinny like you...Usually I am like wtf...lol.. The Bmi Chart says I am 10 pounds over weight.
Maybe it is because we aren't 5'0...those 4 or 5 inches changes everything. Plus...you might have a muscle and solid build...not a fat one...lol

I really don't think that counts as fat, just normal. Maybe you're really muscular. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Have you considered the girls calling you skinny? Or if you like to talk about your weight, people will say that.
