Cardio is the best way to lose weight. If you can't do a simple 30 min workout once a day, spread it out into 10-15 minute intervals throughout the day. Time is an issue for a lot of people, but when you need a total for the entire day, you can break it down into smaller, manageable segments of time.
Note- exercising just before you go to sleep may leave you prone to not being able to sleep properly. You should be exercising earlier in the day, say a few hours before going to bed. Not ten minutes before.

Don't bother with sit-ups/crunches or those silly exercises where you isolate one muscle and sit down all relaxed. Those will NOT help you lose weight. You have to do full body workouts. When mastered, the M-100 can be done in under 5 minutes. For starters, it might take 9-11 minutes. It's killer and you'll lose weight.

Google American Parkour and sign up for the Workout of the Day (WOD)
The APK warm up by itself is a good start, with three sets of :
400m spring / jog
15 squats
15 push ups
15 pull ups
1 minute sampson stretches
Of course you can modify the warm up or the workout to suit your comfort / experience level. The important thing is to remain *consistent* and not give up.lots of push ups and elyptical machines. easier on the knees oh and swimming and biking
search for 10 minute work outs on youtube. Just run a mile and a half or two miles as fast as you can, daily.
i have found cardio to be the best way to lose, but I get not having time. I often take textbooks with me to the gym and read while I walk, that way I have time for both
Do cardio for 20 minutes, though it would really help if you could exercise for 45-to an hour a day.
