You can cover them up with some makeup; I know a girl who uses some sort of liquid / paste that covers her teen-like acne very well, with about a 95% concealment success (it doesn't blur or conceal the physical bumps as much, but it helps hide their shading).
You're not going to get rid of them in a week. Doesn't matter what you do, it's just not going to happen.
You need to realize that confidence trumps any shortcomings you think you have.
Raw honey. Put a thin layer of it on your scar at night everynight. It won't get rid of them completely but they become less noticeable after like 3 days. Good luck! And yes I know it works 'cause I use it on my scars
