Is this due to head trauma or stress?

Anonymous
This past weekend I had a lot to drink. I was at my friends house and I'm not sure exactly what happened but I'm told that my friend playfully pulled me out of my chair the wrong way and it resulted in my head banging up against the corner of the table and then landing right on the hard tile floor. After about 10 minutes of sitting there on the floor trying to regroup I got up and attempted to walk but the room was spinning crazy (I'm a drinker so I've had the room spin before but this time was different and 20x more intense). I was completely disoriented and couldn't walk, I ended up stumbling backwards back onto the ground where I ended up throwing up. I had a large bump on my head and for the next 24 hours I was nauseous and puked some more. I figured it was just a hangover and that the alcohol and hitting my head mixed together with me being a diabetic and not eating that day resulted in that but my head has been feeling strange. Its Wednesday night and this happened Saturday night but my head feels woozy still and light headed and I have been having a lot of headaches since then. This week however has been very stressful and I've barely slept, my family lost our home today so this whole week we've been moving furniture and dealing with loosing our house (its the only place I've ever lived) so I'm not sure if my head is feeling this way due to what happened Saturday or if its stress. I believe I had a concussion, but I've also had one a couple of years ago. I don't have health insurance and much money so its not a thing where I can just go to the doctor, I need to make sure its worth it and serious. Any opinions on it?
