Friend is obsessed with dieting, is this healthy?

so my friend is obsessed (cant spell that) with dieting. her latest one is a juice fast. is this healthy or not?

If they are obsessed with dieting, they should read some actual useful information on the topic, not do whatever stupid cleanse is trendy this week.

No, its not healthy. Juice is crap, tbh, its one of the things you should avoid when dieting.

The fastest way I know to burn fat involves eating primarily lean meat and non-starchy vegetables. With no juice.

No, it's very nealthy to worry about yur weight all the time. Often it can lead to physical illneess. Best t go rnning when you stgart worring. Do something already!

nope. as soon as she stops she will gain even more weight than she lost. the only way to lose weight and keep it off is eating a balanced diet with lots of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and lots of water, and to exercise. juice is full of fattening sugars too and no nutrition. tell your friend its a bad idea.

juice is full of sugar and unexpected ingredients, anyways. I try and avoid all drinks that aren't water for the most part lol

Fasting is healthy if you do it right. It's meant to cleanse your body before you start a diet or something. Maybe a two day fast at the most. I wouldn't suggest you stay on it for long though.

NO! Not at all. There are much more healthy diets out there. Like the snacking 'diet'. 5+ meals a day of healthy items. I've been on this for years 5'7 120lbs I'm healthy and skinny.

Eating a healthy diet is good. She just needs to learn about nutrition.

America has an unhealthy relationship with food. Being mindful about what you eat and having moderate intake is positive, but a lot of fads aren't very helpful.
