nope. as soon as she stops she will gain even more weight than she lost. the only way to lose weight and keep it off is eating a balanced diet with lots of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and lots of water, and to exercise. juice is full of fattening sugars too and no nutrition. tell your friend its a bad idea.

Fasting is healthy if you do it right. It's meant to cleanse your body before you start a diet or something. Maybe a two day fast at the most. I wouldn't suggest you stay on it for long though.
NO! Not at all. There are much more healthy diets out there. Like the snacking 'diet'. 5+ meals a day of healthy items. I've been on this for years 5'7 120lbs I'm healthy and skinny.
