I'd be curious to see what you think is healthy. Try eating 5 or so times a day but smaller meals but this is hard for many so you don't have to. Never eat anything bleached white right? Always go for whole wheat pasta, brown rice, wheat bread, ect. If your constantly hungry a great way to help with this is to eat fiber like veggies or even fruit before you eat your main food. Also drink a cup or even more of water. The fiber will absorb the water like a sponge and expand in your stomach. But fiber fiber fiber with water along with your calories really does work. You maybe fart more but your colon will be healthy =D

When I need to lose weight I eat more often BUT smaller portions. I often will eat 6X a day -- but again less. When I am losing weight and friends want to go out I eat an apple about an hour before. The fructose will make you feel a little more full.
When I am swimming things are worse because swimming burns tremendous amounts of calories and you feel like you want to eat a house. Sometimes I will eat 8 times per day and eat more protein.
drink a lot of water, and I found that using smaller dishes kinda tricks my brain lol. like I can have a whole plateful of food, but because its a smaller plate its really not as much. and eat filling foods instead of empty calories like sugars and stuff
you can definitely force your body to accept smaller portions. you will be hungry at first, but if you cut down and don't give into small twinges of hunger, your stomach will shrink and after a while you'll be fine
Drink 1 glass of water before a meal and incorporate more fruits and veggies into your plate, that way what you're eating is HEALTHY. Or have a salad before your meals.

i have the same problem as you. I workout and eat pretty healthy. But eat big meals. I started this two weeks ago...i use smaller bowls and plates when I eat. And drink water all day. Between one and two gallons. And I eat a random peice of fruit every once in a while so when I go to eat I won't have as much room. Iv noticed I get fuller sooner so its been working so far
I use myfitnesspal.com and log all my portions in the diary, I've found that writing it down and tracking it to be helpful. But if I really want to eat, I just go out and burn a couple hundred calories and enjoy a good meal. It works either way.
Buy better foods and try prepping them in advance. buy tupperware containers and fill them with meals and stor ethem for heating later.
Eat a lot of hig voluem low calorie food with realtively high nutrtion. Fruit is #!. That will fill you up without filling you out.
drink lots of water! especially before meals. that should help with eating a little less :)
Don't force yourself to eat small portion sizes.
Just eat less often.
