I didn't eat diddly sh*t when I had my wisdom teeth pulled because it hurt like hell. Yes you aren't supposed to drink fizzy liquids and you are supposed to drink through a straw. But that aside PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me you are going to be put out during it? I had all four of my impacted wisdom teeth pulled a year ago while I was awake and the 4 inch needles going in and out of my gums while I sat there and cried while they broke through my gums and teeth and then sewed it back up. All while I was awake. Besides getting my tonsils removed when I was 13 getting my wisdom teeth was the worst pain ever. So whatever you do please be put out. My mom wouldn't allow it because it cost an extra $100. -_-
On the PLUS side at least you get prescribed Vicodin which makes you feel great. lol. Oh and be ready to look like a chipmunk for a week, and to not be able to talk. When I came out of the place after getting my teeth pulled everyone looked at me like I was from another planet!

Depends.
I ate a cheeseburger after I took a nap while waiting for the novocaine to wear off after getting mine out.
As a general tip it's good to ALWAYS drink with a straw, because that way your teeth aren't exposed nearly as much to whatever you're drinking. And pop is just... no. Drink water for a day or two, you'll survive.
So just, yeah... I guess it depends on how impacted they are and stuff. I just got mine pulled, so it wasn't too bad.
Try not to use your back teeth and all is fair game. Because you no longer have back teeth!
Well you DO but not way back.
Chocolate.
And of course oral sex, which wasn't an option for me when I had my wisdom teeth out.
My wisdom tooth extraction went very easily... I would say soup would be good, you could dip bread into it too. Anything nice and easy to chew and swallow that won't irritate your gums.

...I was eating chips and pizza later that day when I got my wisdom teeth out...
(granted very carefully)
I'm a bad example...
soups, chowders, applesauce, things soft enough that you can mush/chew them up thoroughly with your front teeth, smoothies, yogurt, anything you can throw in a blender...When I was younger I had to have 16 teeth out over a period of 3 months. It sucked and hurt so much. I lived off soup and jelly. Good luck and hope it's not too painful lass!
You can eat anything you're comfortable eating. I ate smoothies and ice cream and soup. The day after I had a hamburger. It's not that you're not allowed to eat normal food; you just have to be careful not to eat something that hurts your mouth.
They advise that you don't drink from a straw yes. I don't know about soda. Nobody said anything to me about that. It's probably best not to drink it for a while anyway. It's bad for your teeth!Porridge will give you actual nurishment as will soup. Cous-cous, nice tender lamb?! :) !?
Applesauce, soups, bread, mac n' cheese, any type of soft pasta, smoothies, ice cream
soft foods like I guess top ramen or noodles in general would do
I ate a lot of applesauce and jellied cranberry sauce. It was pretty good.
i lived off of mashed potatoes
Sodas have too much acid. You can eat pasta.
