Wrist Tendonitis? How to recover from it?

Tendonitis is normally an overuse injury - it's more likely a sprain or strain.
Either way - you should initially use Rest Ice Compression Elevation, and then follow up with *gentle* exercise and stretches. The recovery time varies greatly - if it's a minor sprain it could heal within a week, while a more severe case could take much longer and may even require surgery (it doesn't sound too serious from your description).
You might want to try a "Powerball" link - I got one to help with wrist tendonitis, and still use it to build wrist strength for badminton.
I'd say it's a good sign that you aren't experiencing any loss in your range of motion. I'd just take it easy on the wrist for a while and ice it occasionally (especially if/when it starts to swell). If it doesn't start to feel better after a week or two you might consider having it looked at by a professional.
You could have a very minor sprain, considered you rolled it. But I'd believe it if it was tendonitis. I thought I'd sprained my ankle once, but it only hurt after exercise, not during. Turns out it was tendonitis instead. Ice and advil. Also do some simple stretching exercises.
But overall, assuming it is tendonitis, you have to just ice it, take advil for any discomfort and the inflammation, if necessary, and do basic stretches to get that irritation down.
I will try that, how long did it take for your tendonitis to heal? And thanks for the advice :)

It can take several weeks of rest since you'll still be using the wrsit for day to day activiity. IF it really hurts sharply a bone may broken, and you'll need an md for that.
I don't the bone is broken. Pain isn't sharp. I do notice if I put my wrist or hand under cold water for a bit or if my wrist pops the pain is greatly reduced for couple minutes.
probably just tendonitis then. But in yur wrist, if you don't have it immobilized for a week or so, it can take months to heal, since, as I said, you can't help using it day to day even if you are trying to avoid it.
