Problem is, my upper body -_- I'm weak! I tried doing pushups but that didn't work out. I cannot even do 1! I used to be strong up top because I was in color guard but since I haven't been in it for a year or two, my upper body has gone soft!
I have weights so if you can please tell me where to start that would help!
I would love to tone my arms also, especially with prom being months away lol
