How can I get motivated to exercise more?

I really hate exercise! I have never liked playing sport. I don't like the way it makes me feel (tired, out of breath, sweaty and sore) I give up as soon as it starts to hurt.

But I really want to get toned. I don't need to loose much weight but I'm a bit flabby, especially around the bum area!

How can I make exercise fun?

The only thing I like is going for a nice walk with my dog lol but that's not a good enough work out to tone muscles.

How can I get motivated to exercise more?
