What the hell do I do since I lost that weight?

OK lost story short I was 6'2 260 pounds and then I dropped to 6'4 and 177 pounds which is underweight... But I have this small bit of access skin at the bottom of my stomach that just annoys the hell out of me... you can see my top 4 abs and the bottom 2 are covered in this like bit of extra skin and I hate it so much. I figured I could start lifting weights and it would fill out, and it did. I went from 177 pounds to 193 in 3 months. I am in really fit shape right now but sometimes I look a little overweight right now because of the the little bit of skin... I drink a lot of water and still eat EXTREMELY healthy but I just don't think I can get rid of it... I don't want to get surgery.. especially since I'm 17... What else can I do?
What the hell do I do since I lost that weight?
