hey I cannot judge, I was on a diet for the past two days and broke it tonight, I eat so much I can't even taste the food anymore, its sick.. its disgusting, I keep waiting to hit my low but I just keep topping my lowest lows, including, quitting jobs to binge, skipping school to binge, having nothing to binge on and eating dog food, yes dog food, ending relationships to "get healthy" but just reverting to old habits, avoiding signing up for college until I loose weight but I never do... spending loads of money on healthy foods, just to end up binging on it and eating oreos on top of it. I don't know I could on and on how my diet has held me back from living and destroyed my life, I also go the extreme opposite, making myself puke, and going up to 10 days straight with out food and passing out. When will it stop? I think you have to decide how fed up you are. which is probably like me; really really f***ing FED UP. and decide how much it matters to you to stop what your doing and be healthy for once, I'm sure it means the world and that's why it's so hard to do, it's the one thing you want so bad, and your biggest battle... You have to take it on, now or never, the hardest part is getting back up when you fall, that is the HARDEST part, because trust me you will slip and get lazy and then the GUILT rolls around, you can't feel guilty, you have to be strong and never quit never stop fighting even when you have no control you are still fighting to have control, food addiction is no joke, its up there with heroin and the hardest drugs out there, an addiction is an addiction, a mental battle, its difficult for anybody, you have to regain your strength and you're control because for the past 34 years you've been out of control, and for me the past 19 years, going on 20, this has to stop, you can't keep living like this, there is still hope, things won't be perfect but they will be better, anyways, hang in there! you are stronger than you think!

All you need is a little motivation and will powder. Try this before you go to the doctor and do something you are not comfortable with. Take a picture with your children and just think how mush you love them and want to see the grow up and when the time come how mush you want to play with your grandchildren and work out try to eat less,it is not be very easy but let your children be you motivation do it for a couple of months and see how it work. Just be your self and you will attract beautiful woman.
I'm 31 and used to weigh 335 lbs. I am now down to 220. In the beginning your best bet is to just work on your nutrition and go for long walks. No real form of exercise is safe to do at that weight because it'll destroy your joints.
1. No drinking anything but water
2. Prepare your own meals substituting in low-fat/low-calorie ingredients whenever possible
3. Whole grains, lean meats, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables should be your mainstay
Simply by going for walks and fixing your nutrition you'll get down to ~275 lbs in no time. When you get there, you can start looking into real forms of exercise. That's how I did it anyway.

Though whether your doctor offers that & whether you can afford it is something you need to ask your doctor.

Attack...as in violently harm them...?If your heart is healthy they can give you phentermine. It suppresses the appetite and gives you energy. I am taking it. I was already dieting and exercisingand I lost 30lbs in 8 months but I wanted to lose it quicker. My first month on phentermine I have lost 10lbs. Regardless, you have to diet and exercise.
