What's you favorite Ice-cream and why?

My favorite Ice-cream is Chocolate Mint. They are sweet and have this spicy taste which I think is the best. What's yours?

It's called Pooh Bear and you can only get it in Northern Ireland. It's a honeycomb ice cream with literally honeycomb in it. And it's fantastic! There's also a chocolate flavoured one too.
