Whatever you do, don't reschedule! He will just see it as a lame excuse and will interpret it as you not wanting to go out with him. Also, it is rude to cancel plans at the last minute unless absolutely necessary.
I think it could still be a good date if you just have fun with it. Send him a text saying you lost your voice but you still really want to go out with him. You can fun trying to communicate non-verbally, making funny faces, sending each texts, or whatever you figure out. Plus that will give him an excuse to get close to you so he can hear what you are saying. It could end up being a good story you tell other people about your first date.
There's nothing you can do other than wait and be patient, there's no magic trick to make your voice come back other than being silent :)
