What are some ways I can eat healthy?

I have no problem exercising. That usually comes easy for me and I go for a run and do some yoga and I'm good to go.

The problem I have is with eating healthy. I don't even know how much of what I am supposed to eat.

So far, this is what my diet consists of: a ton of carbs, almost as much protein, small amount of fruits and vegetables, and sometimes soda.

I know that isn't healthy so what is?
What are some ways I can eat healthy?
