What did I do to my foot?

I kicked my friend in his sheen because he was being an a**hole. But when I did it really hurt and I tried not to show pain and so I limped around as soft as I could, but it hurt! And he was in a lot of pain

After walking like 2 blocks I didn't have to limp anymore and I felt better. But then I kicked him a couple more times through the day and other places (he is such a d***...long story of why I was with him and never left ha.)

I got home felt fine then every step I took it kind of hurt and started some what limping. I got into my bed and my mom looked at it...didn't see a damage. But as I look at it now its swollen and bruised with a bump, and every step hurts. I don't know what it is. I think what's hurting is the Metatarsal bone or the medical cuneiform or navicular. Its defiantly on the left side of my right foot(big toe) upper part...and on a bone I think. Any ideas?

P.s it feels like there's a bone that is needed to be cracked like if you crack your finger(idk haha)

It could be a deep bruise or hairline fracture. if the pain doesn't subside after a couple of days or gets worse go see a doctor. An X-ray will tell.

Oh by the way next time kick him with your shoes on or pull your toes back and kick with the ball of your foot . Imao

If it's swollen, bruised, and there's a bump there, there's a very very good chance you did some damage. I can't tell you what's wrong, but I recommend you get it checked out. It could be a sprain or even a broken bone.

ok thank will do asap. But what should I do if its healed tomorrow? does that still mean there could be a broken or sprained bone?

Make sure you rest tonight. Ice it intermitently and elevate it if possible. Just on a pillow will do. If the swelling goes away and the pain is gone tomorrow morning then most likely it was just a bad bruise and you'll be fine but if it still hurts the next morning and is bruised and swollen you need to get it checked out. I know when I sprained my ankle it was like that (but I couldn't even put weight on it so I knew something was wrong)

It's too soon to tell if it's broken, it might just be a sprain. In a day or so itll be swollen and hurt more if a bone is broken.

Did we learn a lesson from this?

Awww you got pretty girl kicking friend foot syndrome. Some people just call it hematoma for short. It should go away when it feels better :D

Probably broken. Try wearing one shoe for a few days and see if it gets better
