Usually acne is caused by an overproduction of oils, so skin pores get backed up and infected, turn red, and voila! you have acne. So avoid consuming oily or sugary foods, like chocolate (I know how much girls like chocolate, so it may be hard), and carbonated drinks like Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Mtn Dew, etc. I had the same problem, applied these suggestions given me by someone else, and it worked. Warning: It won't go away in one week, so keep at it. Good luck!

Forehead acne is usually caused by an unbalanced diet or lack of water in the diet. I suggest making sure you eat a well balanced diet including all the food groups, avoid foods with high fat/sodium/sugar contents, and make sure you drink plenty of water each day!
Olay products work really well, it's a bit pricey, but less expensive than going to a dermatologist...sometimes if I just lay a hot cloth on my face for a couple of min. or take a hot shower it helps open my pores up link
