You should always eat breakfast because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It kick starts your metabolism and gets you going throughout the day. Digesting all the calories (throughout the day) and whatnot faster because your body is ready to take in those calories because you ate breakfast, it's prepared. Eating breakfast is 100% healthy. And eating less isn't bad because I too have a big appetite and I'm not fat BMI wise. If you want to eat less try eating healthy snack bars, salads, a healthy sandwich, and others that fills your body just enough where you'll be fine. For example: Eating a strip of bacon wouldn't fill you up but a sandwich would (depends on your metabolism). When you eat until your body tells you that you feel full, you're actually over eating. It takes about 20 minutes (somewhere around there) until the brain sends signals to your body that tells your body it's full. I know I'm not 100% accurate but I tried. You got this.
It's not a matter of not eating, It's whether you eat efficiently and healthy that really matters.
I advise you to eat meat, vegetables, fruits and do regular exercise and trust me you will never get fat . . .
many people feel weak and have the feeling like having ‘pins and needles in your fingertips’. It might be a sign that you’re having a vitamin B12 deficiency, especially if you’re a vegan. But there are many reasons your having this painful feeling in the hands and fingers. I used to feel this and was told I have a lazy liver which was causing me metabolism problems. In your case though I think you could have a lack of salt and sugar intake . . .
Its your blood sugar levels. You don't need to be a diabetic to have low ones. You need to work on your metabolism (multivitamins can help) and eat small meals throughout the day. You can eat healthy, you don't need to cut out meals.

i your not eating properly, the reason you feel sick and really dizzy is because your blood sugar is low. sweets is the worst thing you can eat, it will raise your blood sugar quickly for short periods of time, and then you feel sh*t again. eat a lot foods high in protein it will keep you full up for longer, carbs like rice, potatoes, fruit, veg, porridge, you want foods that will give you slow releasing energy. and stay away from sports drinks they just full of sugar.
