Do you work out? How often, and where?
Thanks for your answers in advance.
At peak I did three day split. Mon, Wednes and Frid for 1-2 hours. Was a bodybuilder amateur non competitive.
Now I just exercise my injured knee and arms for rehab.
As for seeing results? THere are always results when you get the pump after a workout or after a month.
BUT you're mindset is also a big factor whether you see results or not. I used to feel very inferior about myself even when I was at my peak, nothing was good enough. Now that I look back at old pictures, I was actually competitive material, but back then I never saw it.
You need to get the opinions of others and sometimes use pictures, not the mirror. And also periodically review your progress using measurements other than "appearance" or "seeing" results... things like measurements.
Typically if I follow the regime well, I see results after a month for experienced body parts I train.
For really inexperienced parts, esp. for rehab, you can see results after a week.
BUT if by results you mean looking like Arnold Schwarz, that might take months and possibly a year, but it is worth it because once you're muscle is developed, it would stay that way for a while and it is easy to train it again.
Good luck with your programme.
I go between 3-5 days per week, for approx an hour, tend to see results after a month or two, though I didn't go for 6months due to no spare time and started back and now I'm putting on weight through fat not muscle :( so now I also have to go on a diet as well as exercise
5 times a week during Athletics 1st period lol.
Tuesdays and Fridays are weight room days, and Monday/Wednesday/Thursday is agility and random workouts.
And I'm not talking about "P.E." they don't do anything in there. Our school and Texas in general is really big on sports, so our coaches create work-outs with the intention of trying to kill us on a weekly basis...which is why my butt, legs, arms, and shoulders are all still sore right now.:p
yes
5x a week 1.5 hours a day
at home and at the gym
I started seeing positive results after 1 month hard work:
muscle development/ increased stamina/ faster running time/ everything overall.
in high school I was really involved with sports...then for 2 years I did no kind of physical activity at all. I started working out about 6 months ago. If your dedicated and inform yourself on what exercises/diet is best for you, then I'm pretty sure you'd get positive results =)
does it really work for you to work out from home? I was going to the gym but it's very expensive, now it's cold, plus if i work at home it's easier to accommodate with my other activities thus less stressful. if it's not asking for too much, how do you do it? i was thinking of following YouTube videos... plus if you want, feel free to show off and send pictures of your results (just curious to see how far you got :)

approx 3 times a week
I don't see results ha ha I just do it , when people haven't seen me in a long time they see difference.
I do it at home , I have P90X and I watch that to learn new exercises
I try to do a little every day. I don't work with weights but I do every kind of aerobic activity except sex. Casual sex, pretty much unknown here in China.
I work out on the toilet as the results are immediate and often alarming.
:o LOL
I did it two, three times a week for awhile and gained strength and some definition. I haven't done it in awhile, and need to get started back. Period.
Every other day. It takes around 3 months to get really noticeably different, but the results are nice. Do P90X, you can do it at home and you'll see a change in 90 days.
I do a five day split, Monday through Friday and I workout at my uni. I'm at a point now wheres it's taking months to see results.
4 days a week cardio, 3 days a week weight training.
im a runner, so that's my workout. I don't have a gym membership, so I run outside. since I live in a city, its kind of awkward running down the streets, but I do it nayways.
i work out in gym class and nothing more...
