Tip #1. Drink only water. Liquid calories are better spent on meals.
Tip #2. Avoid foods that contain any of the following ingredients.: High fructose corn syrup, Enriched wheat flour, and Hydrogenated Oil.
Follow those two steps and your diet is fine. Make sure to read labels. If you see any of those ingredients, don't eat it. How simple is that!?
Tip #3. Do cardio for 2-5 hours per day. You asked for the quickest way to lose weight, and nothing melts away fat like cardio. If you don't have several hours, make your workouts more intense. An M-100
set burns more calories than 30 minutes of jogging. So the more intense and involved your workout is, the higher your heart-rate will be and the more calories you will burn. Think of running vs walking. You can walk for 10 miles and still not burn the same amount of calories as someone who ran for 3 miles.
Tip #4. Work out at night. This works out the best if you don't pig out afterwards(just a lean protein source is fine). Embrace the concept of afterburn. After every intense workout, your body continues to burn calories well after you stop. When you sleep for 8 hours without eating anything afterward, you're literally gonna get ripped overnight. Think of afterburn like spinning a wheel. If you spin the wheel harder, it's going to not only have better RPM, it's going to keep spinning much longer than if you were to give it a half-hearted flick. A weak workout does not give you that good RPM and it definitely slows down much faster. So always go HARD.
Tip #5. Don't ignore the other 4 tips, and you will lose weight FAST.

I'm actually looking to loose a small amount of weight (and generally keep weight off) and I have a question about juices, actually. I a bit drink pineapple juice and cranberry juice for sexual health reasons, sometimes with breakfast or lunch, or as a snack (maybe like 30-50 calories per serving, but never more than once a day). Should I drop it, or is it not worth cutting?

Do you really want the QUICKEST way to lose weight?
Cross out of your life any fast food, anything that contains fat or sugar, put your car in a garage for eternity, get a bicycle and don't sit too long in front of your computer or TV and be outside and in motion as long as possible
What type of foods? Nothing. At all. Starve - as long as you can. But when you eat then only fruits and vegetables, such "green'' stuff.
You'll literally eat like a cow but gonna lose tons of weight!
What type of workouts? Running, swimming, acrobatics. Exercise until you lapse out of consciousness! It's also good supernatural sensation!
If you want something more "meaningful" instead of boring, repetitive workouts then run and swim outside instead in a smelly gym or building, start figure ice-skating or dancing - most of girls love dancing, but not many learn anything more than jumping in the club while tipsy
I'll admit I never had to lose weight in all my life, I got the complete opposite thing - I struggle to gain weight!
But those points I made using basic common sense and logic.
Also be careful when applying them as you may risk killing yourself - especially about the diet and eating part, possibly overworking as well.
u can go on thoese diets were you buy the shakes/soups etc... but as soon as you stop it you put the weight back on, I lost a stone on it last year but put it all back on...
But I found eating small portions or stopping when you feel full to work, like don't think "oh there is only a few bits left ill eat them" just think "im full now, ill stop" and it does work...
you should just try cutting out fizzy drinks, crisps, chocolate, white bread... and snack on fruit or tuna with salad which is heathly...
Doing cardio exercise where you get your heart rate up really high is a good way to loose weight cause you are burning off more calories, so try running, swimming, or dancing (zumba?)
Maybe start going to a gym class or something, or even walking instead of taking the bus or driving, its the little things that make a big difference in the long run and help you keep the weight off for longer x
get rid of; any simple carbohyrates, especially sodas
diet; tons of complex carbs such as veggies and whole wheats and drink lots of water to stay hydrated and flush toxins out of your system
vitmains;take vitamin c daily to help you absorb all your nutrients
workouts; for overall weightloss try intense cardio (basically anything that gets your blood flowing e.g. running, jumping rope, swimming,etc.), for body sculpting/toning try some yoga/hot yoga, pilates, pole dancing, or kick boxing

hmm. workouts- running and cycling work the best. if you have time, pair running and cycling with weightlifting and crunches, thatll build muscle, and muscle burns more calories.
as for the food- eat to live, not live to eat. lol. avoid processed foods- eat fruit and stuff instead of chips and stuff around those lines. and yeah. thing is- you need to consistently do this, and if you do- you'll be fine.
will take you min 2 or 3 months..the fast mode!
anything else you lose water and muscle weight.and will end up even fatter lol.
so first step: NO fast weight loss.
5 smaller meals a deal, lots of water,protein, 30 min cardio 3 times a week minimum. That's it.
Depending how old you are, and how many pounds youy want to loose...?
Lots of sex. Especially doggy style, brings the weight down fast. Just grab the nearest guy for a quickie and right their you shaved a couple pounds off! lol
