Good for you! I eat organic food, and it is very expensive, but it is well worth it. People will say that organic is a waste, or it's the same as regular, or whatever, but don't buy it. It is really better for you. And, in my opinion, 99.999% of the time it tastes way better too, it tastes more real and flavorful. Friend me if you wan't and I'll talk to you about it.
i don't eat much of organic food.. but it definitely is great for u.. and your right it's expensive. I'm not a huge health nut but I do eat pretty healthy as a whole.
My dad cooks us organic vegetables almost everyday. I have to admit it does taste a bit better, but you need to have a real taste for food to notice any difference. Also, organic food sounds fancy but it isn't really that much healthier than regular food.
Eating organic is good but yes it is very expensive. I think it tastes better. You can find better prices at farmers markets in your area. That's what we do.

I never much cared fer eatin the organs. I always pretty much stuck to the fleshy parts.
I'm not going to waste my money on organic just because it's supposed to be healthier. Non-organic food has been just fine for me.
