i have a 6 pack already but want a bigger/ better/ more defined one, any suggestions on any ab workouts? I don't have any weights all I have is dumbbells and if possible maybe some suggestions on some bicep workouts as well, I have 5 pound dumbbells and I have a big exercise ball.
I wouldn't focus on working your biceps out as most of your arm definition comes from your triceps. Do a lot of compound movements like lat pull downs or pull ups to work your biceps. Then, once you've accompished your compound movements you can focus on isolation exercises to specifically focus your biceps. These will be your preacher and hammer curls. Always work out till failure but never compromise form.
In regardes to abs... there are so many ab tutorials out there I won't even begin to scratch the surface here. Just do a quick google on HIIT ab training and you'll rock em out in no time.
