This bully once stabbed me with scissors just above the knee, I knelt on staples (non stapled they were big and there was about 10 stuck together) and they got stuck in my knee and I had to pull them out, I was running to class (I was about 7) and this kid tripped me I flew a meter in the air and fell on really rough asphalt and I hade huge grazes on my knee, elbow and back of my shoulder and I also hit my head on the ground and got a concussion. I was attempting to water-ski and the back of my my ski got stuck under the water and flew up and hit just above my brow bone, I instantly got this huge bump that looked like I was growing horns and the day after I had a black eye the doctor said she was surprised I didn't pass out which strangely I am proud of :P

i twisted my knee when I was 15 and that hurt a lot! I was crying and everything :( haha
i had my gallbladder out last year and the recovery of that was horrible, that would be the worst pain... I couldn't sit up or do anything without it hurting terribly... I felt useful, it was horrible!
Ive had numerous piercings, teeth taken out and a tattoo but none of them compare to that pain x
That would most likely be when my tonsils was swollen up and gave me a constant pain in my throat.
Could not sleep, to even eat anything was like eating a box of razors, ate maybe once every 3rd day due to the pain.
It got worse to the point when it was so intense that I had to take a morphine tablet just to make it to another hospital that specialized in the throat area.
They wanted to remove my tonsils, but I refused. So easy to get sick if you don't have them.
Well about 3 years later now they are still a bit swollen but least the pain is gone and it doesn't bother me anymore.
the worst pain is when I split up with my missus because of a drunken moment she chose to have with a friend, because feeling betrayed hits all the nerves that amplify pain, and even till this day, its something I hope I never experience again, I would rather lose my hands than experience a broken emotion that never heals.

I shattered my wrist my sophomore year football season. Insane amount of pain, went in and out of consciousness all night and can only still barely remember it. I have a tape of it because all our games were filmed, I basically got decked and tried to break my fall by putting my hand down and there was a pile up all on top of my wrist because I fumbled, I went unconscious in the pile up also.
I was building a rock wall jetty at a lake. My brother and I were picking up large boulders off the bottom of the lake and stacking them. Well we pick up this ~200lb boulder together, as we are about to set it, he loses his grip and it crushes my fingertip shattering the bone and uprooting the entire fingernail.
Some of these other commentators have been through some serious sh*t, but the worst pain I've been in was when I was having a rootcanal done and my dentist injected the needle right into my nerve tissue. It took every inch of my will power not to fight him off. It doesn't sound that bad, but trust me, it hurt like a mother...
My sister kicked me in the balls so hard that I was not only on the ground for like 20 minutes in the worst pain ever, but also experienced extremely sore and nonstop THROBBING testicles for the next 3 days. During those 3 days I had to have my legs spread wide apart whenever I was siting, so that my sore throbbing testicles would not brush against my inner thighs. Needles to say how painful walking was then.
tonsillectomy was maybe the worst..idk...I dumped a pot of hot coffee in my lap just before I turned 4...I smashed off most of my first digit of my left index finger...and had a greenstick fracture on my right radius & ulna...still think the tonsils were the worst...(:
I had a collapsed lung once and seriously that hurt!
Every time I tried more than a shallow breath or tried to walk it was agony.
I think this was the answer to your question.. Though emotionally, I lost two best friends in the space of five years.. I think that hurt more than the lung. After all, physical pain heals, emotional stays with you..when my anesthesia wore off during surgery... it was only for a minute or 2 before they knocked me out again but those minutes felt like eons... being able to see my body open and that much of my own blood and feeling the pain was traumatic.. I still wince when remembering it.
the worst pain I ever had was when I had heart surgery ! they put drain tubes in me and when it was time to remove them I thought they were pulling my guts out. it was the most pain I ever had in my life so take good care of your heart because you don,t want to have to go through heart surgery.
well... I have a daily amount of 5 pounds of pressure on my liver. My ankle is crippled. I've been stabbed with a katana (long story). My hand has caught on fire. And so on. Haha, I'm a wwreck >.<
I had an sudden headache ones, it was so grave that I seriously wanted to die, I after like 10 minutes had to throw up like 20 times, after that I passed out for a minute or something.
Having been burned so badly that chunks of flesh were falling off my body. Recovery process took about 2 months. Could not go outdoors in daylight while recovering. Could not wear a shirt.
period cramps! I have endometriosis so my cramps are equal to labor/birth pains every month
Probably the tattoo I have on my hip. It was tolerable, though. I just haven't experienced much pain at all.
Physical pain... infected ingrown toenail being stood on. Or passing a kidney shard. (That's where it's long and sharp like a piece of glass, not a "stone".)
Emotional pain, when my dad died.Hmmm it would either have to be appendicitis or when I broke both my heals. Both put me in a mental state of shock.
I had huge stool and it all had to come out at once...
Ironically... anesthesia shots.
I crossed paths with a jellyfish once on vacation.
child birth with back labor...brutal lol
