Have you noticed the health benefits of the foods you eat?

Title says it all. :) I eat a lot of vegetables, and fruits because I love the crunchy texture. Notably olives, broccoli and cucumbers. I eat one or more of these things daily. I have noticed that my skin heals quickly from burns and cuts and rarely scars. And if it does, the scar fades within a year to where you can barely tell I had been injured.
