...THE MOST UNDERRATED consumable food item in the Western world is tea.
I drink green tea in the daytime, and herbal tea (rosehip, hibiscus, camomile,etc) in the evenings (cauz it's caffeine free).
My energy levels are astronomically, I'm more flexible, I feel that my circulation has improved, my mental clarity is better, my body feels more clean (sparing details here lol), focus has increased, they have an alkalizing effect on the blood, my blood pressure is stable...

...ppl need to start drinking other tea besides black tea. Nothing against black tea (I drink it in the place of coffee), but ALL the other types of tea have A LOT more health benefits.

I eat very healthy foods, minimize my meat intake (tons of animals are stuffed full of antibiotics and other garbage, I might even become a vegetarian!), combined with good sleep and exercise, I've noticed my energy, mood, skin and overall feeling of happiness is quite high. You can't beat a balanced and healthy lifestyle!
I eat a lot of healthy things, but I also eat a lot of junk so I haven't really seen any benefits lately. Actually my owies seem to heal kind of slower. I used to have a healthier diet and an exercise plan though, and I generally had more energy then and I slept better.

I switched to a much healthier diet 3 months ago. Skin is better / teeth stay whiter longer / have more energy / not as tired during daytime. And best of all my weight is way down.
I eat only fruit every day for breakfast.
I just made a nice little dish - I bought a $1 Apple Corer that's changed my life. I'll take an apple, core it, then sprinkle with Cinnamon and microwave for 5 minutes.
Coffee is God's best invention. I feel the benefits every day, from the moment I drink my first cup.
