Granted, he did literally burn 8-10K calories a day when preparing for his tour he never got to do, the point was that he was gonna eat that KFC regardless of him being very health-conscious overall.

Then I thought about myself. "If I had a nutritionist/dietitian, what foods would I demand my nutritionist/dietitian work into my diet? What foods would I refuse to completely get rid of?"
Here are the foods that non-negotiable, and will stay no matter what:
ice cream
-This is the ONLY true "dessert"/"sweet" allowed at NFL training camp. I know I can't eat Ben&Jerry's or any premium ice cream, but "standard" or "light" ice cream is perfectly fine for me
beef (burgers included)
-Nothing against chicken, but I do have a preference for beef. Burgers are my fast food favorite. I must have one cheeseburger every week.
cheese
-Sorry...it's too awesome tasting. It stays. I'd rather eat full fat cheese and cut its usage more than to go low-fat.
alcohol
-Imma drink my hard liquor, beer, and wine on occasions. My nutritionist/dietitian won't like it but he/she will have to work that in. :)
---------------------
Then I thought about "What foods would I tell my nutritionist I can give up?" I came up with these for me:
soda
-If I can afford it, I would drink 100% orange/cranberry juice in the place of soda at all times
french fries
-sounds nuts, but this I can definitely do; I'm not as hooked on these as other people
"white" grains
-if I can afford it, I'd never buy "white" grains ever again. Whole grains TASTE better.
gravy
-honestly the fat content...i don't like it that much, and it isn't worth the calories taste-wise, either

Now it's your turn.
If you had a nutritionist/dietitian:
Name foods that you refuse to completely give up.
Name popular/typical foods that you can sacrifice.
Thanks for your input, everyone. :)
