I don't consume any caffeinated beverages at all. In fact I don't drink anything except for water, milk, and supplements. The pre-workout supplements I take, however, are caffeinated and contain the equivalent of roughly 2 cups of coffee worth.

I used to grind up caffein pills and snort them, ahaha... I always wanted to get ahold of pure caffein, for that reason. Nowadays, though, I tend to stay away from caffein, it f***s up my sleeping.
Definitely tea. There isn't much carbonation in tea's compared to soda and energy drinks, which is good enough for me.

tea is least harmfull I think ( its theïne , and not caffëine) followed by coffee
soda etc has lots and lots of sugarthey sell this green powder stuff at a whole foods market, its all natural and gets your energy going. just add some to water, drink it upppp and your gooddd.
