NOW , I've never had a flat hot belly and I would LOVE to , what should I do other than the cardio and healthy to get the final 20 pounds of fat off.
Do I do crunches? or will it flatten out automatically after losing the 20 pounds.
FYI: I do not have one of those pot bellies , its more of a droopy look on the lower part of the belly .
