If have an hour glass figure I'd say you are already fine as is ;)
Anyway you want to watch your calories, lower them to about 1600-1800 per day and don't eat pork meat. For workouts you want to do something that requires a lot of energy, running or cycling for example (cycling burning calories real fast). Be sure to get enough proteins though, otherwise your body will start eating your muscles instead of fat.
What I used to eat was yoghurt and blend it with fruit. I ate this for breakfast and before I went to bed, then had regular meals at lunch and dinner. It's easy really if you like yoghurt blended with fruit ;)

actually swimming itself will make your body tighter
theres no way you can target weight loss by the way
just eat lighter than usual and instead of having large meals break that down into smaller snacks and do some jogging. also do some sit ups/crunches to help with toning, combine this with some swimming and you will see results
