I want to lose a coupe of lbs before swimming?

I'm 17 134, I have an hour glass figure I'm really small on my waist and stomach so I really want to work on my thighs, calves and butt but I love my butt so I don't want to lose it I just want it tone & tighter any inexpensive diet plans,or easy timeless workouts,i do squat and this really fun easy zumba waist move in the shower You like move side faster while pushing your butt and stomach out while you circle. and I've seen little results but yea I just want some good cheap healthy foods or meals you could get at like walmart or a fresh grocery store so please leave good easy workouts and means (breakfast,lunch,dinner,snacks) I love healthy foods so don't worry about picking veggies and fruits,the problem is my house doesn't always have them so I want to know so affordable good ones that will last sometime for about 2 weeks if possible THANKS SO MUCH! xo
