What is the best skin moisturiser?

I've been getting the flaky skin round the upper lip recently, with all the cold weather and zero humidity. I had an after-shave which moisturises...but it doesn't do a great job. Wondering what products you find work best for you?

I like cetaphil the best. For your lips try burts bees or anything that has mint in it. Its harder for a guy because the minty ones are always lipgloss but try to find that or at least medicated. Mint always clears up dry lips.

Non better than Carmex...Blistex...and Burt's Bees...for the lips. (I just use all natural shea butter though.)

For the skin...Cetaphil's daily moisturizer...It does wonders!

i use blistex 5 star lip protection.. other then that I like to use vaseline.. it works great too.. but ya make sure you have a stick with you at all times because licking will make them worse.
