How would I go about doing this? I understand that weight loss will come slower to me because I am chubby, not overweight. Here is some potentially helpful information about me:
- I like fruits and vegetables but don't eat them very often because they're out of season and expensive.
- I am a pizza delivery driver, which means I don't get lunch/dinner breaks so I pretty much always get fast food while I'm working. Healthier options at fast food places would be helpful, or maybe I could start packing food? We don't have a microwave or anything.
- I have a chubby stomach, hips, and thighs. Like I said, I'm not overweight, but I am starting to feel the need to prepare for swimsuit season.
