Can anybody tell me how to lose a stone in one week please?

I want to lose a stone in one week I now that when I lose it that I won't put the weight back on unless I get pregnant again as I have lost weight be for in a short period off time I dropped 3 dress sizes in less than a month and I forget how I done it so looking for some help on how to lose just one stone in just one week the only form of exercise I can do is walking as I have two children and don't have the time for gyms

There is no safe way to loose a stone in one week... you would be putting your body through a lot if you don't eat or make yourself ill etc, the best way to loose weight and keep it off is the eat less and exercise more... and by eating less I don't mean starving yourself, I mean eating salads and healthy things, cutting portion sizes down etc x

you can't lose a stone in one week. even if you stopped eating entirely you wouldn't loose that much.

When I mean a stone I mean a dress size which I'm only guessin is a stone I havin that much to lose that's why I'm more than sure it would only take two weeks at the most just need some one who nows what I can do

eat less, exercise more. but dropping that much wait in such little time is dangerous, you'll have to take in a seriously inadequate amount of calories, like 600 calories per day and 40 minutes of cardio. Losing that much weight safely and in a sustainable way would probably take more like 6 or 7 weeks.

wow, I can't believe I wrote wait instead of weight lol.

also, if you eat that few calories, you won't even be losing fat weight really, most of your weight loss will be from muscle loss.
