I suggest you find inspiration from looking at pictures of the body you want. Also, make goals/deadlines. But make them realistic. For instances by next Friday you have to have gone to the gym 5 times. Or if you have weight to lose first, then make it a weight loss goal. You want to start off small and realistic for goals. Also, make them short termed. You don't want to make goals that will take a month+ because that will just give you room to procrastinate. Once you go in get into the routine, you'll always want to go and feel bad when you miss one day.

Set yourself a deadline.
For example by August I want to lose x amount of weight or whatever your goals are. Another is to take a photo of your body and then picture what you would like it to look like. Each week you can take a new photo and by the end you can put all of these photos next to each other and you can really notice that you have changed.
