Ive always been a petite girl with a bubble butt.
After having my child I lost all this weight.
I am now the same weight has I was pre-pregnancy but just less of a booty (its still there, just not as big.)
What can I do to get it back?
Squats, lunges, deadlifts will add muscle and some shape or you can gain body fat and if your body type puts fat in your butt then your lucky. Either that or surgery. Maybe try the Brazilian butt lift but I think what that does is makes you lose body fat so your butt won't sag as much.
Squats/deads/lunges, heavy. I'm not sure it will be quite how it was - it was probably young, round fat, and that sort of thing vanishes as we age, but if you build up glute muscles, you'll still have a great butt.
Im only 25 I had my child 2 years ago.
Its just that getting pregnant put my body out of wack. I doubt things will start to drop and get flat at 25. Maybe around 30 or so...but not at this age.
Its not dropping, but you could still be losing baby fat at that age. Uh .. don't be stressed, I'm sure your lunge/squat/deadlift based butt will look good - maybe even better!
Run up and down hills (or run on an incline on a treadmill). There's elliptical that have the option to focus on that area as well. But you want to do cardio at an incline. Also, squats will help obviously.

Built muscle and eat more so you can sustain that muscle mass.
Do you want it back? What for?
