I have a question for anyone that knows info about working out?

Im 5'5 115lbs, I have an extremely fast metabolism, I can basically eat whatever I want and still manage to keep slim, everyone says I have a nice body, but I want to have a more "toned" look.

Can anyone:

Recommened what workouts I should do and how many days a week I should do them?

And..

how long does it take someone with my height and weight to start noticing results?
