How many times have you exercised this week?

I see questions everyday on here by people trying the newest fad diet, considering ridiculous weight loss tip that they got from who knows where, starving themselves to death, but really how many times have you got off your butt and actually got some exercise this week? What kind of activities are you doing to stay fit?

My answer:

I went mountain biking two times this week. One was a 2.5 mile single track the other was a 5.5 mile single track. I did a 5 mile run in the sand at the beach, and a 6 mile run on a treadmill. I also did one hour of weight lifting this week.
