How much protein (in grams) do you consume per day? What food/supplement sources do you use?

One thing that there are a lot of conflicting things online...is about how many grams of protein that a man/woman should have per day, and how much is too much, and how little is considered "deficiency".

So I'm curious:

1) how much protein do you aim to consume per day?

2) do you aim to consume different daily amounts on "workout" days

vs. "non-workout" days?

3) What food sources do you use to get your protein in?

4) If you use protein powder, what brand & flavor do you use? How do you use your protein powder (mix it with water, mix with milk, make a smoothie, make pancakes with it, etc)
