They all have the same basic ingredients, just in slightly different quantities of sugar/sweetener or mint. That's why they don't taste drastically different from each other because when they are making the formula, it isn't very different. It is mostly marketing, as they want to come out with "new" flavors all the time, even though they know that people will buy something close to "mint" because it is a proven favorite.
1 0 0 0Thanks so much! I just regained my olfactory sense and found that I just couldn't make any sort of distinction at all. Thought it was just me, haha.
No problem. Look at the back of the sticker and you'll see they are all the same more or less. If you thought this answer was helpful, please consider it for BA! :)
Oh, I am! I just want to wait 24 hours before posting the BA definitively, lol. This whole sensory process just confirms for me that I shouldn't rush things -- "slow and steady wins the race." :-)

I think wintergreen and peppermint are pretty close, though spearmint tastes a bit different. I prefer peppermint because spearmint reminds me of toothpaste.
0 0 0 0Maybe it's the brand of toothpaste? Mine is kind of "chalky" (for lack of a better word).
Yeah. It's not that toothpaste tastes like that. It just reminds me of toothpaste.
Aha. Yes, got it. :-)
